- 4 whole bell peppers
- 1 tbsp Hiç Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 small onion diced
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 15 oz can of diced tomatoes
- 1 8 oz can of tomato sauce
- 2 cups rice cooked
- 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper
- 2 cups Colby Jack cheese shredded
Slice the tops off the peppers and remove the veins and seeds inside. In a saucepan over medium high heat add the extra virgin olive oil and onion. Cook until almost tender. Add in the ground beef and cook until no longer pink.
Add in the tomatoes, tomato sauce, rice, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt and pepper.
Stuff the peppers with the mixture and place in the basket of the air fryer.
Cook the peppers at 360 degrees for 10 minutes. Top with cheese and then cook for another 2-3 minutes.
