OLIVE OIL BREAD WITH SCRAMBLED EGGS AND SMOKED MEAT 
Olive Oil Bread
Ingredients: 
900g flour
100g durum wheat
700g water
200g sour dough
20g salt
75g Hiç Extra Virgin Olive Oil
5 sprigs of fresh rosemary
4 sprigs of fresh thyme
150g sun dried tomatoes
10g sea salt
50g black olives
Directions: 
Mix the flour, water and sour dough. Knead the mixture. Leave it to ferment. After 30 minutes add the salt and olive oil. Knead it again. Add the rest of the ingredients and leave it to ferment for a day. Bake it in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 180C.
Scrambled Eggs
Ingredients: 
2 eggs
50ml milk
70g smoked meat
150g fresh greens
1/2 avocado
15ml Hiç Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions:
Whisk the eggs and milk in a bowl. Scramble in a pan which has been heated. Cut a slice of the bread in two, put the scrambled eggs between the slices and add some olive oil on top of eggs. Add the slightly heated smoked meat  on it. Garnish with avocado slices and fresh greens.
